SUPPORT US:
If you’re interested in supporting us, thank you! We believe that working together as a community delivers the best results, and there’s lots of different ways you can get involved. But before you commit to anything you’ll probably want to know all the official stuff, so here goes!
We’re a registered charity and Community Interest Company (CIC). We’ve been around since 2018, when we started our first community cafe. In March 2024 we gained charity status for our community groceries and the environmental aspects of our work (Charity Registration Number 1207333). Our cafes operate under the governance of our CIC (Company Number 12137481).
HOW YOU CAN HELP

HOW YOU CAN HELP ✶
Donate money
If you’d like to make a one-off or regular donation to help cover our overheads, you can do so by clicking on the buttons below. Our preference is to receive donations to our community groceries as that's where we have the biggest deficit.
Donate food
We rely on the generosity of businesses and individuals who offer us their surplus food. We can usually make use of most things either in our cafés or through our community groceries, but there are some things we can’t accept like home-made food and items that have been opened. If you’re an individual or a business and you’d like to make a one-off or regular food donation, please drop us an email for more info at hello@resurrectedbites.co.uk or click the button below to send a message.
Become a corporate supporter
Would your business like to play a role in helping us reduce food waste, loneliness and food poverty in our local community? We love to work in partnership with businesses that have common goals and values. Think of the difference we can make together.
Maybe you could sponsor one of our groceries or cafes? Or one of our fundraising events? And we understand you need it to be a mutually beneficial relationship so we’re happy to talk about what we can do for you, whether that’s branding opportunities, promoting your support on social media or getting your team involved in volunteering.
Please drop us an email hello@resurrectedbites.co.uk to find out more, or click the button below to send a message.
Fundraise for us
Are you planning a sky dive? To run from Land’s End to John O’Groats? Or to walk the Three Peaks Challenge? Why not raise funds for a good cause at the same time?
Fundraising is a rewarding way for you to get involved in supporting our vital work to reduce food waste, loneliness and food poverty in the local community.
If you already have a fundraising idea in mind, please let us know so that we can talk about how we can support you. Email us at hello@resurrectedbites.co.uk, or click the button below to send a message.

Leave a Gift in Your Will – Free Will Writing Service
Planning ahead is important. Writing or updating your will ensures your wishes are followed and gives peace of mind for the future. Resurrected Bites are now partnered with Free Wills, a free will writing service who have qualified will writers to provide this service.
Their services were advertised on the Martin Lewis Money Saving Expert site at https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/family/free-cheap-wills/
They write 45,000 wills a year.
If you would like to leave a legacy to Resurrected Bites in your will, that would be wonderful but there is absolutely no pressure to do so.
Get started today.
Click https://www.freewills.co.uk/charity/resurrectedbites to access the free will-writing service and take the first step in securing your wishes. After you have created an account with Free Wills, you will be guided in drafting your will using their online form.
This draft will is then checked by solicitors who are regulated under the SRA. If there are any issues with the will, they contact the client by email to discuss and amend. If all stands correct, the client is then emailed the will to download and print and have signed and witnessed, of which they provide instructions for.
If there appears something to be a bit more complex than their free will offers, for example, the client wants their share of the home to pass to their children but want their spouse to live in the home for the rest of their life, this is where a trust would be required and Free Wills would charge a fee of £179 to draft this trust. High Street solicitors would charge up to £1k!
Important disclaimer
Anyone using the Free Wills service does so at their own risk. Resurrected Bites accepts no responsibility or liability for any actions, costs, claims, damages, expenses, or losses arising from the use of this service. Free Wills holds £2 million professional indemnity insurance in case of a claim.
